Review
I really enjoyed this book! Unravelled is a super quick and easy going rom-com about knitters and love and it was very wholesome to read. It’s only a short book – about 177 pages but it packs a punch, delivering this cute story in a good paced narrative – I read it in one sitting!
I loved Claire and Adrian – they were so perfect together but I kept getting frustrated when Claire insisted on finding things wrong (it was completely understandable in context but I’m impatient). I desperately wanted everything to knit together so they could cast off into the sunset together.
😀
I know Briony is working on a follow up, but not follow up – I hope it’s about the Bitches (Bitch and Stitch group) as they were my favourites. They made me laugh out loud and I’m so happy they were included but I wanted more from them – please Briony?
While I used to knit and crochet a lot, it’s not something I’ve done for a few years, although I haven’t stopped collecting the wool and this book made me pick up my needles again and continue where I left off – the scarf in the picture has been ongoing for like 3 years now but I’ve just not been in the mood and now it’s nearly finished so thanks Briony!
If you are in the mood for a light and cute read definitely pick up this book and give it a read – especially you knitters! You can buy direct from the publisher here or on kindle here.
